This will be impossible to asses until the new people are in place.
1. Increase in traffic along an already full capacity main road and Pen-y-Turn Pike lane. No safe walking and cycling route to train station and bus stop. Eastbrook and Dinas stations are not accessible for all. Access to schools, Doctor's surgery, dentists shops all reached with great difficultly on foot or cycle. At odds with sustainable travel as required by govt.
2. Flooding. We will be at extreme risk of further regular flooding. Floods of Dinas, Sully and Cosmeston 2020, not inc. in the reports produced for this housing project.
3. Schools and services are at full capacity at present without a further 250 new families.
4. Destruction of greenbelt land, resulting in the loss of wildlife habitats and open spaces for the enjoyment of all. These areas are meant to be for projected spaces.
