Construction of new houses will result in:
-Congestion/car fumes
-Blocking routes to UHW hospital and delaying abulences.
-No school places available locally
-Lack of G.P places
-Flooding because trees/land have been removed
-Lack of infrastructure/Roads
-Lack of green spaces for children
-Destruction of green spaces/wildlife affected
-Employees will have difficulty getting to work on time via Barry and Dinas Powys.
