It is impossible to predict who will purchase or rent these new houses and the impact therefore is unknown.
I strongly believe that this development will have a negative impact on the following issues that already worry the inhabitants of this village and the surrounding areas.
1) Flooding is already a problem
2) Traffic movement of lack of
3) Schooling-spaces are at a premium
4) Doctors and dentists are already at capacity
5) Public Transport
6) Village status will be lost
