I strongly object to the extra traffic through Cardiff Road, Dinas Powys. Also the loss of habitat, plus more pollution. Emergency Vehicle access and the risk by blowing vehicles creating a single point of failure that could cost lives. Schools are at capacity already. Doctor's surgery will also be affected.
