Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Increased congestion-
250 homes could bring over 300-500 additional cars Cardiff Rd and Culverhouse Cross were already at capacity 5 years ago and there has been no subsequent upgrades.
Increased Flooding-
Water run off Eastbrook site will enter the Cadoxtan river which has bust and flooded homes in Dinas Powys many times. Doctors and Schools already at capcity.
Loss of wildlife-
Limited access to Eastbrook train station. No viable pedestrian access and inadequate parking at the station. Emergency services, first responders, A and E and maternity facilities all directly affected by the additional demand and congestion brought on by the development. Big reductions to the green belt boundary merging Dinas Powys to Llandough. These boundaries are meant to be protected spaces, not adjusted to fit an agenda. Dinas Powys population is continuously increasing and will lose it's identity as a village.
