The development would increase congestion on roads already over capacity. New schools, nureries and doctors surgeries would be required for the number of new residents of the proposed development as current facilities/amenities are already at capacity. We are in a climate emergency. Removing plantlife and habitats will make the situation worse. We will not reach the net zero targets if traffic increases to the 250 new homes. Exhaust fumes will increase air pollution and more local people will develop respiratory illnesses, putting further pressure on already over-stretched doctors surgery and NHS.
