The proposed development could have a negative impact on the Welsh Language by increased housing in the area without clear measure to support and promote the use of Welsh. Large development may bring people from outside the local community, which could reduce the proportion of Welsh Speakers and weaken opportunity to use the language in everyday life.
I object to the allocation of site HG1 KS2 for development. The proposed development would have a negative impact on the surrounding area and existing community. It would place additional pressure on local infrastructure, particularly roads, which already experience congestion are are not suitable for increased traffic. The development would also result in the loss of valuable green space that contribute to the character of the are and supports local wildlife. Local services such as schools and hospital and transport are already limited and may struggle to accommodate further housing.
