I object to the proposed housing development on land to the North of Dinas Powys on land near Seel Park. I am devastated that this beautiful part of nature will be lost to future generation if these plans are proposed. I would suggest the following would be valid reasons for refusal of planning permission.
Cardiff Road is gridlocked for most of the day. It cannot take another possible 300-500 cars a day.
Flooding risks in Dinas are real and building the homes would make the problem much worse. The fields historically flood very badly anyway. Local schools and medical centre have no room. Last week I rang the doctor 98 times before I could get through - this is not acceptable.
The proposals reliance on a single entry is not acceptable for multiple reasons. Please listen to the huge number of voices against this plan. Please listen to the people.
