I object to the development of Eastbrook area of Dinas Powys. The area is unsuitable as the infrastructure is unable to cope with such an increase in population cars + development. More than ever we need our green spaces, the area is full of wildlife and our country has a nature deficit. The roads are at capacity, the Dr's full, dentists full, gas, water + electricity infrastructure wearing out. Dinas Powys has no job opportunities so people will need to travel to work. Public transport is not accessible to many or decent go to the right places so most people will travel by car + our roads are at capacity. Active travel is non existent or not joined up. The centre of Dinas Powys has no cycle lanes + the one out towards to Llandough is not joined up to anything. This development will effect everyone in Dinas Powys if it goes ahead.
