I object to HG1 KS2 Eastbrook because these fields already hold water after heavy rain. With no modelling downstream impact, no accumulative assessment and no evidence of drainage network capacity (Residents Group Objection, section 3) building here would put homes, roads, local schools and businesses at serious risk.
The roads through Dinas Powys are already congested and stressed. No traffic modelling, junction capacity testing has been provided. Lack of sensible secondary access makes the site unsafe and would hinder emergency services access.
