As a 90 year old, I am already concerned about the difficulty in getting an appointment at the Doctors. It will be even harder if a housing estate of 250 houses is built. Very concerned about the extra traffic the new estate will bring. Traffic can be nose to tail for hours during the day. Roads are in a dreadful state already with large potholes. Will schools have the capacity for more children. Worried about the risk of flooding due to more housing being built. Loss of green space between Dinas Powys and Llandough.
