Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

Dinas Powys has a strong Welsh speaking community which in years to come will probably cease to exist.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

My objections are to HG1 KS2 are:
Flooding and Drainage - residents are increasingly concerned about surface water flooding and drainage.
Traffic - Traffic congestion is already a problem in Eastbrook. Extra cars will worsen congestion and air quality.
The loss of green spaces destroying habitats, trees reducing land drainage capacity, loss of wildlife.
Doctors, schools are already at capacity. Coalescence between Dinas Powys and Llandough
Eastbrook Station is inaccessible, Pavements are very narrow in places allowing only one person to pass at a time. It is in very close proximity to a hospital causing problems for emergency services.
