Overall traffic congestion @ times, Weycock cross affects all along Port Rd and adjoining roads, making travel difficult. Emergency vehicle access will be affected. The RLDP is insufficient and contradicts itself its not suitable. This will add pressure to local services, it's already hard enough to secure a Dr's appointment. The previously refused planning attempt does not seem to be mitigated-with a lot of faith being put into the housing company. Green wedge land-should be preserved.
