This is just yet another application to build on this prime agricultural land. It was rejected in 2013 and the same reasons apply! In fact the traffic here at Waycock cross in now so bad that there will be complete gridlock from any more cars! We residents do not want or need any more houses. The wildlife will be effected (we regularly see foxes, bats, woodpeckers etc.) any future applications will be rigorously opposed by all residents.
