Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The existing infrastructure has reached over capacity.
The existing infrastructure was designed many decades ago and is now not fit for purpose.
The highways, drainage (foul, storm, and highway), schools, health centres, statutory services are currently under great pressure due to uncontrollable growth, reduced spending and investment and total lack of foresight.
Proposed planning applications in 2010 (200 houses) was strongly opposed and rejected due to the above issues (this current proposal involves 400 homes)
Since 2010 the west end of Vale of Glamorgan has witnessed large housing/business developments increasing strain on infrastructure. Indicating that non approval in 2010 was correct).
Other serious concerns-loss of green wedge, agricultural land, loss of environment, ecology, wildlife, countryside access/walks-overall effect on "rural" Vale of Glamorgan.
Planners/Councillors need to listen to local people who are fully aware of the of the above problems on a daily basis-and not rely on computer "modelling" from afar using inaccurate facts and figures.
