Perhaps it will have an impact on the Welsh language as many of the people buying the expensive houses may come from England as this has appeared to have happened on the waterfront development.
Traffic congestion even with a change in road configuration, the volume of traffic will increase. Planners need to experience the congestion and the frustration like this causes. Building yet again on a greenfield site. Impact on farming, wildlife, trees and greenfield. Massive impacts on the environment. Impact on schools, Doctors, Dentists etc.
