I strongly object to this proposed planning for more houses on the east of Dinas Powys on the grounds that total gridlock will be on the roads of Dinas powys - forever.
I also believe the ancient sewerage pipes will not be able to control the effluent and water run off from this site.
If this development should be permitted there will be total gridlock through Dinas Powys.
Public transport will not improve the overloaded system.
Neither will it sort Schools GPs and support networks.
