I wish to object to your proposal to build another 250 houses in Dinas Powys. My daughter bought a house at scholars park in Dinas through your Aspire to own scheme. She was very happy there until you housed two drug addicts 3 doors up from her. She has spent the last 4 years writing compliant letters to United Welsh and having to phone the police constantly to no avail. All of the neighbours have also done the same. When you offered this affordable homes scheme at no stage was she told she would be living in close proximity to drug addicts. How many more druggies will be houses in this development? I have lived in Dinas Powys for 50 years and it is not the safe village it used to be. You have brought crime to our village and my daughter and my mental health has suffered as a result. It's not just the addicts its all their friends, people delivering drugs and affecting nightly, and you are well aware of this because residents have complained via Chris Franks and Malcolm Phillips.
