This is a v-poor development site - Flooding is a major issue around these fields. Traffic - Already serious tailbacks, and ensuring pollution as a result. Infrastructure - Roads, Schools, Doctors etc not already subscribed. Nature - This green corridor between urbanisation is of great importance not just for diversity of wildlife, but also human health including mental wellbeing. Village life- The old village has already had it's character impacted by developments further development erodes the essence of this great community. Past Developments - shoddily put up on flood plain and regular people experience flooding in their homes. Final words - we can do better than this incongruous proposal - thank you.
