Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I disagree with the HGI-KSI Wey Cross site proposal because it is poorly located, ignoring increased traffic, drainage, sewage issues, and lack of infrastructure such as healthcare and active travel options. Local residents’ views have not been considered. The plan claims a 15-minute walk to the train station, which is unrealistic for the elderly or disabled, and there are no buses on Pontypridd Road. Additionally, the development could harm local wildlife, destroying habitats for otters, bats, birds, and other animals.

Testun llawn:

HGI-KSI Wey Cross The reasons for disagreeing with this candidate site is it is located in the wrong place, and no one has taken into count the increase traffic or the increase of drainage and sewage
in the area or the lack of infrastructure ie health or dentist service and the lack of active travel, and have not taken the local residents views in to account.

According to your RLDP it saying you would be able to walk to the train station in 15 min, that will not happen if you are elderly or disabled so your active travel proposals are ridiculous and there are no buss on Pontypridd Road.

under your plan, you could have to relocate wildlife i.e otter, badges and other wildlife, and destroy habitat for bats , birds and other animals.
