Just to reiterate what I have already said:
- the infrastructure of the area can’t handle the current traffic of the area.
- schools in the area are already at full capacity and having to turn away pupils within the catchment area.
- local surgeries are full
- every person on the estate will need a car to travel anywhere adding to the traffic and pollution
- it would mean building on working farm land?
- where is the run off water going to go?
- building next to Porthkerry Country Park, just received National Forestry status, potential pollution.
Don’t build at Weycock Cross.
