Aside from glowing objectives and the verbosity of the Green infrastructure plan, in regard to the HG1 KS1 site, I still fail to see how building across 6 fields of long-standing and well-used farmland, outside the boundaries of Barry, corrupting the long-standing open Green wedge vistas (paradoxically defended and upheld by Planning in 1990s and 2015) with high density housing, intensifying already gridlocked traffic issues on Port Road (up to Weycock roundabout) and thus increasing pollution and noise levels for residents, is either enhancing place-making well-being objectives or facilitating the environment. It seems to be doing the precise opposite.
