Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The Preliminary Ecological Appraisal of the HG1 KS1 Land at North West Barry identifies multiple high-value receptors including ASNW, priority hedgerows, bats, dormice, badgers, otters, reptiles an red-list protected ground-nesting birds. impacts cannot be avoided or mitigated. The site cannot deliver PPW's requirement net benefit for biodiversity.
Weycock Cross is already at over capacity with regards transport and air quality. The RLDP transport evidence is incomplete and based on limited data. It omits an Air Quality Assessment entirely. The site would generate significant car-dependent growth and site-related congestion and pollution contrary to PPW and the Well-Being Act
