Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The developers own drainage strategy shows unresolved risks: missing NRW product 6 data, significant height discrepancies between flood models and ground levels, unknown outgoing watercourse capacity, unviable SuDS infiltration due to soil type. Foul drainage solutions are speculative and require major off-site works. Fundamental viability remains unproven. The existing drainage systems for Nant Talwg Way were designed without any climate change uplift and with no allowance for any future development above the estate. The building of such a large estate in this location will pose a very real risk of flooding to the houses in Nant Talwg Way

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

The flood risk management strategy is incomplete with many critical elements remaining 'to be confirmed'. The outstanding issues are significant, unresolved and represent fundamental constraints that cannot be conditioned away or resolved later. The site should therefore not be allocated within the RLDP.
