None at all. Hardly any people in Dinas Powys or Penarth speak Welsh .
Dinas doesn’t need any more housing. Traffic throughout the day is already at capacity, and adding approx 500 cars extra cars is madness. The roads are in a shocking state. I live in Dinas and work in Penarth and my daily commute is getting longer and longer. The site is already prone to flooding, so those homeowners will not be able to obtain house insurance.
Do not build any extra houses in Dinas Powys, they are not needed.
