This area of Dinas Powys is so congested that journeys are becoming un manageable, two surgeries have been closed and not replaced. Schools are oversubscribed and public transport is not fit for purpose. Unless infrastructure is significantly upgraded developments like this should be postponed. There is also the major concern of chronic habitat loss in the local area. Decline in wildlife is stark and vital habitat continues to be eroded, including a number of established trees in this area.
