Increased congestion- 250 homes will bring 300-500 extra cars.
Increased flooding - water run off from Eastbrook site will enter the Cadoxton river flooding homes in Dinas Powys.
Doctors and schools already at capacity.
Loss of wildlife - development will destroy vast habitats for wildlife.
Active travel- limited access to Eastbrook train station and inadequate.
NHS services- emergency responders affected by the additional demand and congestion brought on by the development.
Reduced greenbelt boundaries are meant to be protected, not adjusted to fit an agenda.
Losing village identity- Dinas Powys population is constantly growing and will lose village identity
