Major risk of flooding as Eastbrook runs to the rear of my property from adjacent fields.
Loss of wildlife and fauna - bats,owls, weasels, rabbits, goldfinches, woodpeckers, birds of prey. Oak trees and thistles.
Eastbrook railway station does not have all-inclusive access for wheelchairs/buggies/impaired mobility
NHS services and schools already over-stretched/over-subscribed.
Cardiff Road traffic crawling
Boundary dispute XX Wayside Cottages CF64 4LH adjacent to proposed site. Full planning permission in 2007 for a side extension 2007/XXXXX/FUL. Historic google images show more land at my property than currently fenced off and pre-existing fence posts remain.
