Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The present black waste and surface drainage infrastructure is insufficient to deal with current demand in the village. Climate change will only increase rainfall and place extra strain on already stretched facilities.
Additional hard landscaping with housing, roads and pavements will exacerbate an already untenable situation, increasing flooding at Readers Way, along Port Road towards Fonmon and affect areas south of the proposed development.
Recent rain caused flooding under the railway bridge at Fontygary (not unusual) and I understand that it included a release of sewage onto the road.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

Additional housing will require drastic improvement in ground water and sewage disposal provision. The housing should not be approved until the improvements are in place.
