Our house backs directly onto the proposed field for development. We have serious concerns on the flood plans for this land. Readers way already suffers with floods on wet weather. This became extremely dangerous during the frost and ice. The flood defence plans is proposed to run along our back fence and we have serious worries of our property suffering from potential flooding. My parents live in Lon Cefn Mably Rhoose and when this estate was built our garden was constantly flooding. The drainage is not. Sufficient. The roads out of Rhoose cannot deal with existing traffic, without extra houses.
