How does housing have an impact on the welsh language ?
I wish to object to the proposed housing development in Dinas Powys due to its impact on local amenities and traffic. Local services such as doctors, schools, and community facilities are already under pressure and lack the capacity to support significant additional demand. The proposal does not clearly demonstrate how this strain would be mitigated. Traffic congestion is already problematic, particularly at peak times, and the development would increase traffic on roads that are not designed for higher volumes. This raises concerns about safety, pollution, and overall quality of life. For these reasons, I believe the development is unsustainable. ref:HG/KST
