The area is overcapacity already.
There is no delivery strategy for GP, social care or education or community facilities. These additional 376 houses will mean there will be approx. an additional 1504 people living in the area. How can the local schools and local health board cope with an additional approx 1504 people. It is already challenging to get a GP appointment or to get registered with a dentist, and the schools are already under pressure with classes having up to 30 pupils in each class.
