There are many reasons why I object this ridiculous proposal.
The proposed site is not fit for purpose. There is no consideration for the impact it will have on the local community.
You’re planning on building 376 houses. Each house will have at least x2 vehicles. There will be at least at extra 752 cars on the roads in this area.
752 extra vehicles in an already busy area. You are proposing one road into the housing estate and the same road to exit - this would be utter chaos. The roads already become gridlocked when a vehicle breaks down.
