Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

The use of Welsh language will reduce as these new developments don't use bilingual signs or documents and there is no school spaces for students to learn Welsh language locally as they are full. And often people that are not local are buying these houses as locals cannot afford them and they don't speak Welsh and it dilutes the language and Welsh culture.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

There is too much traffic and not enough infrastructure in Dinas powys to support it. There is not enough school places, GP, dentists, road space. The pollution levels on the front road must be close to or above the assembly recommended limit and adding at least another 500 cars will damage the health of locals including children attending primary school. This will also affect the village environment of Dinas Powys which people value and Dinas will lose it's identity.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

For these houses to happen we need additional GP, schools and a link road around Dinas Powys to bring pollution down to safe levels. We also need to not lose village identity.
