Cardiff road is already a traffic bottleneck. Traffic regularly queues from the Merrie Harrier junction all the way through Dinas Powys to Bryn y don park. More traffic plus extra junctions will only make the situation worse due to lack of road infrastructure. And more pollution - No thank you !!
