I object.
There is no evidence of how future flooding events in Dinas Powys will be mitigated by building 250 houses on land that regularly floods.
The strategic housing plan lacks a strategic infrastructure plan. A single substandard A road as a key main gateway to the Eastern Vale which is already at capacity.
There is no evidence of how air quality will be measured due to stand still traffic caused my additional traffic lights so close to the existing Harrier Junction lights.
