Our local infrastructure is so poorly maintained by the council the additional population this development would bring to the area would bring our roads, our schools, our medical facilities to its knees. The area simply cannot cope with the increased volume, this would cause additional severe congestion to the already gridlocked roads, make acquiring a doctor appointment an even more monumental task than it already is and place additional burden on the local schools not to mention the environmental impact a development of this nature would impose on the residents already in situ. I vehemently oppose this plan.
