Objection to Land between the Northern Access Road and Eglwys Brewis Road (Site C - Central Parcel) being designated for housing development because the boundary of this site is the side of our house and garden, far too close. This will severely affect our property, surrounding land and value of our home, making it unsafe, creating a flood risk as well as ruining our privacy. There is no demand for some many houses in such close proximity. Local services are not sufficient for the current population, local police are already overrun with anti social behaviour and health services are stretched.
The number of houses for this site should be significantly reduced and the boundary at least one field away from the side of our house.
