Grave concerns regarding infrastructure.
Traffic congestion is already intolerable at peak times, more pollution. This development as planned could add at least 500 cars to existing traffic. People will not walk. No buses.
I am 75 and have mobility issues - I could not walk to the station or supermarket.
Loss of Green Wedge is a major concern - otters, skylarks, wildlife.
Urban sprawl.
Sewage - current system already totally inadequate with sewage alerts (Safer Seas & Rivers) every time it rains.
Impact on dark skies.
