I oppose the development on land west of Pencoedtre Lane which is where we live, because it will significantly affect my very ill husband's health due to noise and disruption. It will also harm local wildlife, including bats, dormice,(which the survey that is being done is when they are sleeping which needs addressing) badgers and other species we observe from outside our home and garden The project would result in the loss of woodland, hedgerows, and trees, reducing privacy and increasing noise from construction and traffic from 126 new houses. This development poses serious environmental and personal concerns for us.
a lot more depth of hedgerows left all round the estate.
a roundabout by the estate entrance that's already there
proper surveys for the animals Bats (at the right time of the year), dormice (when active and not when they are hibernating) and badgers all have act's protecting them
We are objecting to the plans for the land to the west of Pencoedtre Lane. We live in Pencoedtre Lane and this will have a significant impact on our lives due to my Husband who very ill and the noise and disruption will have a major impact of his health.
The development will also have a huge impact and harm on the local wildlife
We would loose more woodland that would affect all the animals that call it home are house is opposite and
we see bats, baggers, dormice, turtle doves, woodpeckers, hedgehogs, cuckoos and squirrels to name but a few.
we would loose more hedgerow and trees.
plus we will have a loss of privacy and all the increase in noise not only at build stage but with the cars from the 126 houses all going past our Home
