Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

As a resident of the Cwm Talwg estate I am very concerned about the proposed housing estate. Concerned about the volume of traffic it will bring to the roads, here have become grid locked on many occasions. I take and collect my granddaughter from Whitmore high school, normally a 5 minute drive. But at school out time it takes 15-20 mins and a proposal of 350 houses would mean probably 700 cars as most houses have two cars, all this traffic is not good on the roads and the environment. How many more children will be needing school places, nursery schools, infant schools, junior schools these are not in the local area. Not to mention doctors appointments which are impossible to get now and dentists not to mention no hospital as such. All our green space will be lost. Lots of wildlife losing there habitat... no trees. Fields and bushes soaking up the rainfall will lead to more flooding as we will be living in a concrete jungle. I ask myself where do the people that agree to these developments live certainly not here.
