1) Increased volume of traffic on Port Road, Pontypridd Road 2) No extra schools - Whitmore is now oversubscribed 3) No extra GPs 4) No extra bus stops 5) Just more houses with no support (ridiculous) 6) Destruction to land which is home to wildlife 7) No where near a train station. Nearest is Barry station. 8) The whole area will be gridlocked which it is a lot of the time.
ALSO Barry College is moving to waterfront (by good sheds) so the college at Colcot road will be vacant. This will be used for more housing. So Colcot Rd onto port road will have more traffic adding to the problem!!!
