Increased congestion, the roads through Dinas Powys are already hugely congested, whilst this development may only add 300-500 cars add tothat the increased traffic coming through from Barry from the huge developments that have been given the go ahead there.
Doctors Surgery is already at capacity a further 500 plus patients would put a massive strain on an already stretched service.
Risk of increased flooding, the area has had issues in recent years with flooding given the ongoing change in climate this is only going to get worse.
Loss of greenbelt and the effect on local wildlife.
