The gp and schools are already at capacity and the traffic is already terrible getting out of dinas powys. The flooding problem still hasn't been addressed and I live adjacent to the fields and have struggled with mini floods hitting the back of my house causing a water table under my house and damp issues. The bottom half of the fields flood every time we have significant rain even if it hasn't rained for days prior. There is also plenty of wildlife living in these fields and my garden and this site will rob them all of their homes.
