I wish to register my objections to the above plan to build 250 new houses near Cardiff Road in Dinas Powys.
The reasons for my objections are as follows:

Increase in congestion on Cardiff Road which is already at capacity,
Increased risk of flooding in an area that has seen catastrophic flooding in 2020 followed by numerous flood alerts and flood warnings since,
Loss of wildlife habitat including trees, fields and hedges which are also important for dispersing heavy rainfall,
GP surgeries and schools at capacity already.

I would be grateful if you could take these matters into consideration.
