This proposed development, will be built at the back of an already busy housing estate, that is not serviced by public transportation. The roads leading to this 'new estate' are already heavily laden with cars as parking is exhausted. These road flood due to run off from the fields that you wish to build on, therefore taking away the little ground saturation provided currently. You cannot add further congestion onto the road when there is insufficient public transport. Weycock Cross is overcrowded and cannot sustain any further cars.
Remove this development from the plan.
