4. Active travel - Current travel provision at Weycock cross is poor and unrealistic travel to station times quoted - its not an easy access site without a car and this is not planned for in the road works plan.
5. Open space - contradictory building on green wedge land.
9. Protecting the environment and it's historic settings - this is a direct contradiction to the proposal.
