Where do those figures come from? Aren't they over estimated for the Vale?
Many houses have been built in the last few years but the infrastructure has NOT been improved, especially the transport system and the medical centre under much pressure as it is. Driving around the Vale and into Cardiff is becoming a nightmare and causing much stress to workers ( not everyone works from home!!) and families.
Could not exisiting buildings which are abandoned be repurposed? Instead of using green land and crucial farming areas, could not more brown land be used?
