This is possibly the worst location considering the heavy traffic in that area at rush hours. The whole area will be gridlocked. Furthermore, the location of the entrance access to the built area would be dangerous as near the bend of the road and I can anticipate people driving too fast round that corner and creating accidents.
Scrap that plan ! Or at least change the access area
