The plan should be amended to ensure the development does not proceed without adequate supporting infrastructure. This should include a reduction in the scale of the development or clear, enforceable commitments to deliver improvements to local road capacity and traffic management. The plan must also address the shortage of secondary school places by requiring appropriate education provision before or alongside development. In addition, the proposal should demonstrate how pressure on local healthcare and community services will be mitigated to ensure existing residents are not adversely affected.

I wish to object to the proposed development due to the significant impact it would have on the local area. The development would increase traffic on roads that are already congested and not designed to accommodate additional vehicle movements, creating potential safety risks for residents, pedestrians, and cyclists. Local schools are already oversubscribed and lack capacity for additional pupils, yet the proposal provides no clear solution to this issue. Furthermore, the development would place additional strain on already stretched local infrastructure and services, including healthcare and public amenities.
